一、前言

這是一顆型號(hào)為 PDA5927 ?四象限光電管。它具有四個(gè)封裝在一起的 光電管。通常被用于位置傳感器。下面對(duì)它的特性進(jìn)行初步測(cè)試,為之后應(yīng)用提供基礎(chǔ)。

二、制作轉(zhuǎn)接板

在嘉立創(chuàng)網(wǎng)站,有 PDF5927器件,將它們導(dǎo)出,設(shè)計(jì)測(cè)試電路板,使用一個(gè)5芯接口引出,繪制單面電路板,一分鐘之后,獲得測(cè)試電路板,將它放置在面包板上,下面對(duì)它的端口特性進(jìn)行初步測(cè)試。

首先,使用萬用表二極管檔位測(cè)量四個(gè)象限二極管的正向?qū)妷?,它們都?.53V左右,反向截止。

利用萬用表測(cè)量光電管兩端電壓 。在室內(nèi)普通光線下,電壓大約 為 235mV。下面使用手電筒照射光電管??梢钥吹焦怆姽茈妷嚎梢陨仙?360mV。

三、金屬盒測(cè)量

為了避免外部環(huán)境光的影響,將光電管放入一個(gè)可以密封的金屬盒內(nèi)。里面有一個(gè)面包板,可以將它的引線通過金屬盒上的 Q9 插座引出。蓋上金屬盒,里面保持黑暗。測(cè)量光電管輸出電壓,可以看到輸出電壓降低到0V左右。

將一個(gè)紅色LED放置在光電管上方,LED發(fā)光強(qiáng)度基本上與通過的電流成正比,下面測(cè)量一下LED的光電流與光電管端電壓之間的關(guān)系,這個(gè) 關(guān)系也是光強(qiáng)與光電管電壓之間的關(guān)系。使用DH1766提供LED電壓電源。通過測(cè)量LED串聯(lián)電阻上的電壓,獲得LED電流。通過測(cè)試結(jié)果來看,光電管的電壓與光強(qiáng)之間是一個(gè)非線性飽和關(guān)系。

因此,反應(yīng)光強(qiáng)不能夠使用光電管的端口電壓,需要根據(jù)反向電流來反應(yīng)光強(qiáng)。下面再使用萬用表測(cè)量光電管的短路電流與 照射LED 的光電流之間的關(guān)系。

下面,使用萬用表測(cè)量光電管的短路電流與光強(qiáng)之間的關(guān)系。還是使用DH1766給金屬盒內(nèi)LED提供電流,測(cè)試結(jié)果顯示,LED的工作電流與 光電管的短路電流之間近似為線性關(guān)系。這也說明光電管短路電流 與光強(qiáng)之間呈現(xiàn)線性關(guān)系。所以,利用運(yùn)放將光電管輸出光電流轉(zhuǎn)換成電壓,便可以反應(yīng)光電管所得到的光強(qiáng)。

下面使用一個(gè)鋰電池給光電管施加 -4.2V的偏壓,重新測(cè)量光電管反向?qū)娏髋c光強(qiáng)之間的關(guān)系。控制LED電流從0 變化到 15mA,測(cè)量光電管反向?qū)娏?,可以看到這個(gè)電流與 0V偏壓的短路電流幾乎是一樣的。將它們繪制在一起,只是在光電流比較大時(shí),帶有反偏電壓對(duì)應(yīng)的反向電流略微大了一些。這說明光電管的反向電流基本上是一個(gè)飽和恒流特性。

本文對(duì)于四象限光電管的特性進(jìn)行了測(cè)試,它的反向電流與光強(qiáng)之間近似線性關(guān)系。反向電流大約在 20微安左右,應(yīng)用這個(gè)電流,可以使用運(yùn)放轉(zhuǎn)換成電壓,之后進(jìn)行信號(hào)采集。
