AOZ7111AI是一款工作在臨界模式的功率因數(shù)校正電路控制芯片。應(yīng)用在Boost模式PFC電路。傳統(tǒng)的電流模式的CRM PFC需要從AC交流線采樣,而AOZ7111AI則不需要,因而進(jìn)一步降低了采樣電路的功率損耗,有利于系統(tǒng)低待機(jī)功耗設(shè)計(jì)。AOZ7111AI內(nèi)部集成了大量電路,從而最大限量地減少了外圍電路器件的數(shù)量。同時(shí),AOZ7111AI取消了ZCD采樣,不需要過零檢測,減低了PFC電感的復(fù)雜程度。具有過壓保護(hù)電路,欠壓保護(hù)和過流保護(hù)等保護(hù)電路。
